Why teams choose Kingskies
Built for real domain-based operations, not throwaway inboxes.
Verified-domain alias control
Add only domains you own, verify the records, and activate aliases once DNS is healthy.
Inbox plus forwarding
Store inbound mail, forward it to your team, or do both per alias with audit-friendly visibility.
DNS setup guidance
Track TXT, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC status with clear setup instructions instead of guesswork.
Operational admin tooling
Review users, domains, aliases, and abuse indicators from a single platform dashboard.
How it works
A clean workflow from domain verification to live inbox management.
Step 1
Add your domain
Start with a domain you already own and receive the exact TXT, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records needed.
Step 2
Verify and activate
Run verification checks, confirm records are live, and move the domain into an active state once DNS passes.
Step 3
Create aliases
Spin up support, sales, launch, or role-based aliases with inbox storage, forwarding, or a hybrid mode.
Step 4
Operate securely
Review inbound messages, audit changes, and enforce ownership and role-based access throughout the workspace.
DNS verification
Visibility into every record required to activate mail.
Each domain gets required ownership and mail-routing records with verification status, guidance, and activation gates so your team can safely move from setup to live aliases.
TXT verification
Confirm ownership before any aliases go live.
MX routing
Route inbound traffic to your configured mail intake.
SPF and DKIM
Protect outbound trust and reduce spoofing risk.
DMARC
Monitor policy alignment and reporting for domains in use.

Can I use domains I do not own?
No. Kingskies Mail only supports domains owned or administratively verified by the account holder.
Does forwarding replace inbox storage?
No. You can choose inbox-only, forwarding-only, or both for each alias depending on your retention policy.
How does domain verification work?
The platform issues TXT and mail-routing records, checks them through a DNS verification service, and only enables activation after required records are confirmed.
Can this connect to real inbound mail later?
Yes. The app ships with mock adapters and service boundaries for DNS, inbound processing, forwarding, and billing so you can wire providers in later without rewriting the UI.
